BOMBANANA's confirmed module list — from community walkthroughs and guide sites — names 11 defusal modules: Wires, Color Slider, Direction, Calculator, Symbol, Piano, Soundboard, Switch, Maze, Morse and Monkey-Says. None of those is called "Lever" outright.

The switch panel involves flipping controls up and down, which is the most likely thing "lever" refers to. If that is the case, the callout is the same as the switch module: read the four colours and four numbers, bind each to its slot, resolve each control up or down in turn, and press Enter last.
