BOMBANANA Morse Module

The morse module is a defusal panel that first appears around Campaign level 21. Four decoded results still have to remain attached to four positions before the module is finished, so the difficulty is binding each digit to its slot.

What the panel shows

A signal that flashes a dot-and-dash pattern, an active slot, and — from the manual side — a rule that turns the decoded value into an input.

The callout

  1. Identify the active slot first.
  2. Decode the complete signal — do not act on a partial read; wait for the pattern to repeat if you missed a symbol.
  3. Keep the digit attached to that position. When the module has four slots, four decoded digits each belong to one slot, and losing which digit goes where is the usual failure.
  4. If another module interrupts halfway through, the team has to know which Morse progress is already safe to keep.

Standard Morse maps dots and dashes to letters and digits; the digits 0–9 are five-symbol patterns. If your team wants to decode by ear, agree on that reference before the run.

What is still unconfirmed

The manual's rule for turning the decoded value into an Enter decision — the signal-to-number table and the submit logic — has not been verified for the release build. This page covers reading and holding the signal; the lookup is still being confirmed.
